You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways:
Option 1: Self-service (recommended)
Log in to the app, go to Profile → Account → Danger Zone → Delete All My Data. This permanently removes your account and all data immediately.
Option 2: Email request
If you can't access the app, email us at the address below with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address you signed up with. We will delete your account and all associated data within 72 hours and confirm by email.
What gets deleted:
- • Your profile and personal information
- • All children records and pregnancy data
- • Appointments, checklists, and birth plan
- • Baby milestones
- • Baby names and partner check-ins
- • Forum posts and comments
- • Push notification tokens
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Response Times
- • General enquiries: within 48 hours
- • Account deletion requests: within 72 hours
- • Privacy & data requests: within 30 days (as per UK GDPR)
